1. Up mounted mechanical seal,change the lower mounted mechanical seal of the gearbox to up mounted mechanical seal,lowering the center of gravity height of wellhead,increasing stability of equipemnt,easy to change once failure.
2. The perfect speed control system: the drive through pulley to adjust the speed.Rod speed can be adjusted by replacing the pulley;if special needs can also be satisfied through the frequency control.
3. Safe,reliable polished rod clamping device:Remove the blowout preventer,the polished rod clamping device is designed in the lower part of reducer,maximum load weighr up to 150KN,the inner core in the device can be optional according to the light rod size.It guarantees that when replacing the seals or maintaining ground equipment,without lifting the equipment,It is not only stuck the rod,but also seal the rod.
4. The anti-reverse system:the ratchet anti-reverse system.It mainly has the following functions:1) only allow a single direction(non-retur action);2) allow freedom of movement in one direction,speed limit in reverse direction(overruning clutch).By adjusting the tightness of the friction to adjust the reverse speed,the system effectively prenents the risks of overspeed reverse of the polished rod caused by power off.
