Valve assembly

Valve assembly is the critical component of mud pump fluid end,with high operation frequency and great impact subjected.The quality of valve assembly will have a diect effect on the life of hydraulic cylinder.

The valve body and valve seat of assembly are made of high-quality structural steel 20CrMnTi through carburzing,its surface hardness is greater than HRC60.The taper of valve assembly is grinded to ensure the high roughness and geometry.

Valve rubber is made of polyurethane which can make the overall life of the valve assembly greatly enhance and the effective use of time will be greater than 300 hours.
